Send The Word Out Ahead (Let The Word Clear Your Path)

There's an old spiritual hymn that goes "I'm climbing up the rough side of the mountain". And many people related with that, that you just have to go through life struggling. But that goes against the bible. And that's been the problem too many mountain climbers and not enough mountains movers. Instead of climbing the mountain why not get rid of it. Let's see what God has to say about the mountains in your life. God said every mountain and hill shall be made low (Isa. 40:4). How? The Bible says the hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord (Ps.97:5). And God and his word are one in the same (John 1:1). They melted like wax because his word is like fire (Jer. 23:29). Your mountains melt at God's word. And that rough side shall be made plain (or smooth). How? By the hammer of the word (Jer. 23:29). In Isaiah 41:7 notice God says he that smootheth with the hammer. And the crooked shall be made straight for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it. And why did God speak it? So that you would have something to say (Heb 13:6). Notice it says that God spoke so that you would boldly proclaim. What is God doing? He's putting his word in your mouth (Isa. 51:16). And when his word is in your mouth it shall accomplish (Isa. 55:10,11). But that word has to be spoken with faith (Mark 11:23). And faith cometh by hearing the word of God (Rom. 10:17). It's a lot easier to walk on a flat, straight, smooth surface that a high, rough, crooked mountain. God don't want you struggling he wants to give you rest (Matt. 11:28).

So send the word out ahead of you. Let the word clear your path. Wherever you send your words you will follow (James 3:3,4)
